hi there..
i really dont know what should i feel after reading this blog, its also my experience being an unsigned artist.. anyway, cuerdas bar is no longer located where you last wrote your piece. A freind told me that they left the place due to a lot of conflicts with the evil land lady (the owner of the resto besides them). They actualy have all the permits to operate. yet also, its a leased lot, which they to pay monthly for the rent, they cant afford that much, thats why they buy a lot, through bank financing, and pay terms, and then to acquire the lot, of course… You can catch my production conducting regularly at the new cuerdas. Haha yeah, I know we have the same name as that band. So at gigs we usually clarify that we’re NOT the same Zoo that plays at Hard Rock Cafe. My band (Zoo) has been around since 2003 and I joined them November of last year. I don’t know if they came first or we did.

Your band is called “Zoo”? It’s also the name of of Arnel Pineda’s band. You know, the new singer of the rock band “Journey.” They have a hit song called “Pain in my Heart” way back 2006 when they first released their album called “Zoology” which is currently playing again in those regular “jologs” FM station (e.g. 91.5 Energy FM, Kookoorookoo, etc.).
