My co-workers decided to give me the silent treatment after hearing me rant about mediocrity and lambast employees that I dislike. The only problem with being outspoken is that people often perceive it the wrong way. But hey, that's who I am and I'm just being me. The thing is, such attitude isn't well accepted. I don't know what to do anymore. My job requires me to be a people person but I don't think I'm just that. Should I confront or keep still? maybe I'll just do what you did. I'll blog about it...
