This post is probably the first time I've even given them any thought in years. I am relatively successful and happy now -- not what any of them would have expected. BTW, it's beautiful to see your self-confidence, even your declaration (please tell me that you believe it 100 percent!) that you are gorgeous. True it is, and a beautiful thing to hear from your own mouth -- well, your keyboard at least. When I make people guess what high school I came from, they usually say Assumption or Poveda. I really don't know how I feel about that, haha. But for me, the school where a person comes from is not really that much of a big deal because it doesn't really say a lot about someone. I wasn’t really an outcast in high school. I was actually one of those girls who pick on other students. I don’t torture them or make their lives miserable.
