"Oh Yeah, first known Pinay blogger." Just get to know some friends. Be comfortable with them and when another Blog get-together comes along, you can be in a little 'safe zone' with them. Contrary to what you say, you really don't have to sell your soul to the demons of the corporate world. You could always start your own business. Heck, you could make and sell beads and art!
