I have no clue what Dragster™ humbucking pickups are and what an Adjusto-matic™ bridge with anchored tailpiece does but I am so in love, I want to steal one and make gorgeous little guitar babies with it.
Unfortunately, I don’t have $999.99 so I’m stuck with my vintage Eko for now.
My uncle bought the Eko some twenty years ago, at a garage sale of an American family who was moving back to the States. He gave it to me when I was fifteen and couldn’t string two chords together to save my life. When I got it from him it was all rusted up so I had the parts replaced–but not with original Eko parts though. So I guess what I have right now is a faux-vintage guitar that sounds slightly off-key no matter how much I tune it. Well, it serves its purpose and has been very good to me.
But someday, I shall own that Fender Jaguar.
Lauren, you’re awesome!!! I love the Jaguar. But I’m actually hoping to one day own a Jagstang — it’s the guitar that Kurt Cobain designed. Ahhh… such love.
i used to have a fender stratocaster. the jaguar makes a slightly more growling noise :)
What kind of music do you play and which bands do you like? I like Filipino bands as well as American, British, Ukrainian and Thai bands. I could write forever about music, but it’s in my profile. Take care.

Hmm, we play punk/grunge/rock music. I’m really not sure what genre my band falls into. I pretty much listen to all sorts of music–Hole, Jack Off Jill, Melissa Auf der Maur, The Distillers, Marcy Playground, to name a few of my favorite artists. I’m not particularly into any of the local bands, thouguh. They all sound the same to me.
Oooh. :D I want to own a Fender someday, but I would give my soul to own the Jaguar HH.
I remember the days when I was still playing the electric guitar with the effects and with the amp :p
