You're looking really slim these days. But you're right, the pictures from the phone are a bit crappy. I bought my 2MP Canon in 2002, but 2MP is nothing now. Some phones have that resolution now (although the lenses aren't nearly as good). You should be able to replace your 3MP camera quite cheaply, but I'd go for at least 4 if you can.
